Sixth Grade Pre-Algebra Curriculum Letter
Homework:
9/21 due 9/25: No Homework.
9/20 due 9/21: Study for your Fraction/Mixed Numbers Operations Quiz which will be given tomorrow. Complete the Word Problem posted in class. It is here (Math Class Word Problem) if you did not have time to write it down in class. Copy it into your notebook and then solve.
9/19 due 9/20: Complete the odd numbered problems on both worksheets (division of fractions and division of mixed numbers). Work should be completed on a separate paper. The quiz has been moved to Thursday, 9/21.
9/18 due 9/19: Have your decimal quiz signed and attach corrections that have been completed on a separate paper. You may also make corrections to the fraction mulitplication worksheets and turn them in by tomorrow.
9/14 due 9/18: Complete the even numbered problems on both worksheets (muliplying fractions and Multiplying mixed numbers). Work should be completed on notebook paper or graph paper using a correct heading and set-up as discussed in class. The Quiz on Fraction Operations is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20th.

Dragon, Dragon QUIZ was Thursday. Finish the Build Vocabulary worksheet and bring to school on Monday.
Religion:

We began Chapter 3. We read pp.21 & 22. We read the stories of creation in Genesis.
Begin to review your Chapter 3 vocabulary. This should have been placed in notebooks.
Read over the Saint of the Day assignment with your parent. Highlight your name and date.
Keep this paper in your religion folder (binder).

Students are encouraged to join our Holy Redeemer children's choir. Now is the time to sign up and join us as we learn to sing for the Lord in a Mass setting.
