The Holy Redeemer School Home & School Association (HSA) hosts a free Ice Cream Social at the beginning of the school year. This is an opportunity for new and current families to informally meet and get to know one another. The children enjoy making their own sundaes while playing with new and old friends.
Volunteers purchase ice cream, fixings and water bottles. On the evening of the event, volunteers set up, scoop ice cream, and clean up.
The HSA hosts Donuts for Dads in December. It is a special morning where students invite their dad, uncle, grandpa, brother, guardian, etc. and share a special breakfast in the Four Seasons Room. The students love spending this quality time with their loved ones and school friends.
Volunteers pick up the doughnuts, shop for juice, coffee, etc., set up and clean up from 7:45-8:10am.
Similar to Donuts with Dads, the HSA hosts Muffins for Moms in March. Students invite their mom, aunt, grandma, older sister, guardian, etc. and have a special breakfast with their family member and school friends.
Volunteers pick up the doughnuts, shop for juice, coffee, etc., set up and clean up from 7:45-8:10am.
The Father / Daughter Ball is a beloved HSA event. Girls in Pre-K through 8th Grade invite their father, uncle, older brother, grandfather, or any special gentleman in their lives to this fun event that is held on a Saturday evening in February. The night is filled with dancing, games, food, and music.
