Mrs. Catherine Opladen will begin her new position as 5th grade teacher.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire and her Masters in Education from Hofstra University in New York.   Mrs. Opladen has taught all over the United States, her last teaching position was in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mrs. Opladen plans to bring her language arts skills and in particular, her strategies for teaching writing composition to our program.  I know her knowledge and years of experience will be well received.
