1. 100% acceptance into our Archdiocese of Washington Catholic high schools
2. Many of our graduates are accepted into honors level classes their freshman year
3. Thousands of dollars in scholarship money are earned each year by our students in reward for their achievements

A large part of our senior year at Holy Redeemer is preparing our graduates for high school. The admissions process actually begins in the 7^th grade. Each fall our local Catholic high schools visit our school to speak to the 7^th and 8^th graders. During the spring of the 7^th grade year students take a practice High School Placement test. The High School Placement test (HSPT) is given each fall to 8^th graders who are applying to a local Catholic high school. Every 8^th grade applying to a Catholic high school has opportunities to spend a day at their possible choices. These days give our students a chance to experience a day in high school. Our administration also offers chances for the students to participate in mock interviews so that they are prepared for their admissions interview and visit. We are so proud of how our administration and staff work closely with our students to help them prepare for high school, scholarship opportunities and the world beyond 8^th grade.
